The statement on our home page that states "Quality is our most important product" is not just a catchy phrase. This phrase was the "way of life" in a factory in which I worked for many years. This factory was the best in their business as long as it ran under that theory. The day the factory started the belief of "good enough" was the beginning of the end. We believe in the products we sell. You, the customer deserve nothing less than the quality that meets your expectations. We believe this is the best quality you can purchase without going to the very top end of cookware lines.
We also believe that to protect you the customer and us the seller; we need policies for both of us to follow to have a good working relationship. You see our goal is to have you as a repeat customer that is proud of your purchases and that you will tell friends and family about our site. We also believe we need to keep these policies as simple as possible and easy to understand.
