We have just recently added two lines of pressure cookers/canners to our product family. This addition did take some time in coming. We only carried one small pressure cooker from the beginning, the reason was the search for product lines that could fill the varied needs of capacity that our customers require, the ease of cleaning that our customers expect and the latest safety designs our customers deserve.
The two product lines added are the All American Heavy Cast Aluminum Pressure Cookers/Canners, with sizes from 10.5 quart up to 41.5 quart liquid capacity. This size range is perfect for the home gardener that is looking for a fast way of canning fruits and vegetables or wanting to prepare quantities of soups for dinners or parties.
The second is Chefs Design Stainless Steel Pressure Cookers, with sizes from 4.8 quart up to 10.9 quart capacity. The smaller sizes are the right size for your every day family meals. Pressure cooking provides superior tasting foods with amazing speed and with the safest cooking methods. All of the Chefs Design Pressure Cookers include a glass lid so the cooker can be used as a saucepan.
